The primary engineering hurdle was designing a compact mounting head capable of supplying a diverse range of voltages within a remarkably small, consumer-facing form factor.

• Full-Lifecycle Engineering — Vertex managed the entire development path, including Proof of Concept (PoC), functional prototyping, and final mechanical/electrical integration.
• Production Readiness — Delivered a comprehensive technical package, including detailed documentation and a full Bill of Materials (BOM) to streamline global manufacturing.
