Robotic Integration & Fab Automation
The system delivers cassette-to-cassette processing for substrates ranging from 1" to 12", achieving true single-sided wet processing without contaminating the unprocessed side of the wafer.
- Full-Scale System Integration — Engineered the complete mechanical and electrical architecture, including seamless integration with a Genmark EFEM mini-environment robot unit.
- Software & GUI Development — Designed the custom programming and intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) to manage complex automated workflows in high-stakes cleanroom environments.
- Turnkey Fabrication & Installation — Vertex managed the fabrication of the first two production units and oversaw the on-site fab installation to ensure operational readiness.
