At the beginning of each project Vertex engages in a discussion and in depth inquiry with clients in order to define the Product Specification and brand strategy.
We ask about similar products, market share, typical consumer or user demographics. We are also interested to see what was done to date by the client about the new product. We collect all relevant information as to the regulatory specs and limitations.
We help create a finite statement of corporate and brand goals so that clients can learn process innovation and how it can help their product development goals.
