Jacob Sharony Mobile and Wireless Technology Expert

"Avi is very creative, super professional, hard working and nice to work with. We worked together on a few complex projects requiring different skill sets and Avi delivered every time a super job. I will definitely work with him again in the future. He is an asset to any project team looking for an 'out of the box' innovative product design."

Jerry Kestenbaum CEO, BuildingLink

"Vertex's wonderfully creative designers & Engineers worked with us on developing a rather complicated electronic and mechanical system whereby one of the challenges was to steer clear of any patent areas. Vertex's designers were able to produce five different designs and approaches to the problem, and within each design, to tweak each component for optimum usability, durability and modularity. Definitely one of the most creative team I have worked with."

Michael Peterson Co-Founder @iBOLT

"We at iBOLT have had the pleasure of working with Avi for several years on multiple projects and in each case he has proven to be a super designer. One of Avi's unique skills is that he can not only create a beautiful design but also incorporate the tool drawing requirements directly into the design, thus avoiding costly and often time consum corrections once the design goes to the tool shop engineers. I can recommend Avi and his excellent Team at Vertex for any projects related to creating highly functional, beautiful and not the least, cost efficient products. We will continue to contract with Avi for projects in the future as well."

Frank Jacovino Executive VP of Engineering RVSI

“Avi and his organization, Vertex Product Development, allowed us to outsource several critical mechanical design projects. They demonstrated detailed knowledge of the subject and ironed out all of the details required to deliver several challenging design on-time and within budget.”

Robert Friedland President & CEO at Proton Energy Systems

“ We have used Avi for a couple of cost reduction focused design activities and I have been very impressed with his ability to execute the tasks as well as integrate well with our engineering team. He brings common sense recommendations, listens well to the needs of the product and moves quickly to provide input. We will certainly use him again in the future. ”

John Schaefer Manager and Product Group Owner
Wafer Scanner at Rudolph Technologies

"Vertex Product Development was contracted to design a universal vacuum wafer chuck for a wafer inspection tool. The wafer chuck had to be capable of handling 150-300mm whole wafers and 200-300mm diced wafers on film frames. They were very easy to work with and delivered an excellent design on schedule. I would strongly recommend that Vertex Product Development be considered for your outside engineering services needs."

Dr. Ricardo Fuentes President of MATECH

"There are a lot of designers that have a disdain for the functionality part, they'll say Don't talk to me about gears and drives and motors. Avi Cohen is one of the few who seems to really get it. Avi is a designer, but if you describe to him a machine, you're not going to have to do it twice."

Donald Lyon President of Halm Industries

"Halm Industries Co. Inc. worked with Vertex on the cover design of our EM series machines. The project was completed on time and to budget. They are very competent designers and they worked in a very professional manner."
